BOOTH FEE INCLUDES:
  1. Three-sided panels (Two panels for corner booth)
  2. Company name and booth No. board
  3. Two folding chairs
APPLICATION DEADLINE Jan. 28th(Wed.), 2026 (Apply early to secure your booth)
Application form, supporting catalogs/literature and booth fee should be enclosed.
Booth is secured in order of application.
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT Application for the optional equipment should be sent no later than March. 16th(Mon.), 2026
Option Deposit of JPY70,000 to be paid with Booth Fee.
PAYMENT PROCEDURE Booth fee plus Option Deposit(Total JPY532,000)must be paid with the submission of application form.
Booth will be secured when the payment is completed.
  1. JPY532,000 by Feb. 4th(Wed.), 2026
  2. Optional equipments fee +10% tax must be paid by exhibitor.(Balance will be settled during the show period.)
  • All payments must be cleared by either check or money transfer into the following in Japanese Yen.
